Juniper Hill is rooted in the landscape of Hunterdon County and the farms that surround us. Located in the village of Annandale, our restaurant celebrates a true farm to table approach, with a menu built around the rhythm of the seasons and the ingredients being harvested nearby. Our kitchen works closely with local farmers, producers, and bakers to create dishes that highlight the best of what the region has to offer. The menu changes frequently to reflect what is fresh, local, and in season, from vegetables and herbs grown just miles away to responsibly sourced seafood from the East Coast.
Our beverage program follows the same philosophy. We proudly feature craft beers from New Jersey breweries, wines from regional and international producers, and seasonal cocktails made with fresh ingredients.
